Our reports are in plain English, and are easy to read. Additionally, you get to work with the one professional from start to finish - no third parties or sub-contractors are involved. Most inspections can be carried out within 24 hours of your request being submitted.

Following a thorough on-site inspection of the property, you will receive a detailed, easy-to-understand report, including photographs. ALL of our reports comply with Australian Standard AS4349.1-2007.

Your report will be emailed to you and / or your conveyancer within the next business day.
