What is the cost of a pre-purchase inspection?

We have a competitive fee structure and upon receiving your no obligation booking information, we can provide you with a fixed price quote and agreement contract, which will be emailed to you for authorisation prior to the inspection being carried out.

How can I make payment?

Payments can be made over the phone or in person via National Australia Bank Secure Payments, by Visa, MasterCard, or Eftpos, with an instant receipt provided via SMS or email. Cash is also accepted on the day of the inspection.

Payments must be received prior to the inspection.

Payment methods

When can you carry out the property inspection?

Usually within 24 hours of receiving your booking information.

How long does a house inspection take?

Approximately 2 - 4 hours, but this is dependent on the size and condition of the property.

How do I book an inspection?

How long before I receive my report?

After the inspection, you will receive your detailed report via email the following business day. We will provide a verbal report by phone of any major defect found within the property on the day of the inspection if requested.

Who can attend the inspection?

You and/or your agent are welcome to attend the inspection, along with the property owner. However, no-one is required to attend with the inspector.

What if I have a particular concern about the property?

Please be sure to mention any specific concerns when we talk, and they will be addressed in our report.

What if I need my report urgently?

Same day written reports are available at an extra cost. Please include this request at the time of booking.
