Craig Tucker, Professional Home Inspection
I have over 35 years of industry experience in Geelong and the surrounding areas, working on a wide range of buildings; large and small, old and new.
- Over 25 years as a Registered Building Practitioner, Certified Building Technician and Qualified Carpenter and Joiner (Registration No. DB-U 3538, Domestic Builder – Unlimited)
- Extensive experience in Building Maintenance Planning and Building Fault Rectification & Consultancy, giving me the ability to foresee potential problems that may develop from existing minor issues.
Working closely with all building trades has given me the ability to quickly identify problems across all areas. This extensive knowledge combined with an understanding of local real estate will give you the information you need to achieve the best outcome on the purchase or construction of your new property.
It is extremely rewarding to be able to share my knowledge to help clients make informed decisions about purchasing or building a home, as there can be many pitfalls for the unwary.
